Action Canada for Sexual Health and Rights has been recognized at the 10th Annual Shorty Impact Awards! Our 2024 Get Offline and Talk campaign won the LGBTQ+ category, and was also selected as an Audience Honoree. This honor is given to the campaign with the highest public votes.

The Shorty Awards (also known as “The Shortys”) honor the most innovative work in digital and social media by brands, agencies, and organizations.

Huge gratitude to our partners and co-creators Principles for bringing this critical campaign to life, as well as the many folks across New Brunswick who shared their time and insights to guide our messaging, values, and strategy. During dark times, collaborating is a necessary joy.

And thank you to everyone who voted for us! Get Offline and Talk isn't over - during a time where politicians are trying to divide us while our classrooms and healthcare crumble, it's more important than ever to keep these conversations going.

When we log off and connect in real life, we can find common ground with our neighbours, reject polarization, and fight for safe classrooms, communities, and healthcare for everyone.
